Dear Washington Township Families,
We are very pleased to announce some exciting transitions in school leadership that will be taking place at the start of the 2014-15 school year.
First, Mr. Kaiser, current Principal at Eastwood Middle School will partner with Mrs. Branigan, current Assistant Principal at Westlane Middle School to be the Principal and Assistant respectively, at Northview Middle School.
At Fox Hill Elementary Mrs. Beard, current Assistant Principal at Allisonville Elementary will assume the position of Assistant Principal at Fox Hill.
At Allisonville Elementary Mr. Gatlin, current Assistant Principal at Greenbriar Elementary will assume the position of Assistant Principal at Allisonville Elementary.
At the J. Everette Light Career Center Mrs. Zybert, current Principal at Nora Elementary will assume the position of Assistant Director of Career Technical Education and District Partnerships at JELCC.
We wish all of these leaders well in their new positions within Washington Township, and thank them for their continued service to our students and families. Additionally, our building level administration will have several retirements and we salute these administrators for countless years in education.
The process has already begun to fill the following positions with highly qualified applicants who are eager to contribute their talents to continuous improvement in the Washington Township school community. It is our goal to have these positions filled by the start of summer break.
