An Evening with Dr. Lori Desautels
You are invited to Nora Elementary School for an evening with Dr. Lori Desautels, Professor of Education at Marian University.
Who: ALL Washington Township Parents / Caregivers
When: Thursday, May 1, 2014 at 6:30 p.m. -7:30 p.m.
Where: Nora Elementary School Gym -1000 East 91st Street
We will have DOOR PRIZES and light refreshments.
1. Parents will come away with strategies that excite and engage their children and adolescents about learning!
2. Parents will leave this meeting with multiple ways to support their children with homework, tests, peer problems and feeling successful in and out of school!
3. Parents will leave with a deeper understanding of how various parts of the brain affect our emotions, learning, and relationships with others!
There will be plenty of time for questions and discussion!
We hope you can join us!
Please RSVP to you school’s front office if you plan to attend. This is an evening of learning for adults only. Childcare will not be provided.
