INDIANAPOLIS, IN (June 25, 2014) – Mr. Paul Loggan has been named Athletic Director for North Central High School, following the retirement of long-standing NCHS Athletic Director Mr. Chuck Jones.
Paul Loggan brings 25 years of experience to his new role, ranging from teacher, coach, and department chair, to Assistant Athletic Director, all at North Central High School. Beginning his North Central High School career in 1988, Loggan has been an enthusiastic educator and athletics administrator, directing and assistant directing over 400 IHSAA Marion County and MIC Conference Tournaments, in addition to his regular daily duties as Assistant Athletic Director at NCHS.
A graduate of University of Indianapolis (BS in Physical Education, Health Education) and Ball State University (Master of Science in Athletic Administration), Loggan holds certifications and licenses in Physical Education and Sports Administration, Leadership Training Course (LTC) workshops, continuing education coaching class conferences, Certified Athletic Administrator (CAA) since 1995, and CPR and First Aid.
Contributing his expertise to the community, Loggan coordinates community relations for community Panther youth sports teams, directs intramural basketball and soccer, coaches at First Baptist Church Athletics, and works on the Board of Indiana Elite basketball.
NCHS Principal Bryant Branigan states, “Paul is an NC Panther to his core. His loyalty and devotion to the Washington Township community is well known, and student athletes will be well served under his watchful eye. “
Loggan begins his official duties as NCHS Athletic Director on July 1, 2014.
