WHAT IS THE GREAT NORTH RUN?
The Great North Run is a 10K, 5K & 1K Walk/Run through the North Central High School campus
and surrounding neighborhoods. The registration fee includes a long sleeve T-shirt, recovery station
with food and a fitness fair. All events are open to all walkers and runners. Elementary school children
must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

LOCATION
North Central High School 1801 E 86th Street, Indianapolis -Free Parking Available East of NCHS

AWARDS
Awards will be presented $100, $50 for top 2 places overall (male and female) in both 5K and 10K. Awards will be presented in all age groups for both the 5K and 10K events. (10K Youth age divisions: 12 under, 13-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29…80+)
1K – Ribbons for all finishers.

Shirts and shirt sizes are guaranteed to those that are pre-registered by Tuesday, March 6. First come-first serve for those that register after this date.

Each Washington Township School (and JELCC) that has at least 100 (200 for NCHS) participants
pre-registered by midnight March 9th, 2011 will automatically win $500 AND will be eligible to win
an additional $1000 on race day!
