The Construction Division is responsible for all major renovation, and new construction projects for the Metropolitan School District of Washington Township. This includes working with architects, engineers, and/or construction managers. In addition, special projects such as roof replacement/repair and re-carpeting for buildings are coordinated through the Construction Division.

The Construction Division serves as the archive for all blue prints for school facilities. The main office for Construction is located in the Community and Education Center (CEC).
