ARTISTIC OPPORTUNITIES
Artistically Talented
Artistically Talented is a district wide art program that is available to interested 4th and 5th grade students. At Nora Elementary, we can accept 16 students; students will participate in after school sessions, 3 field trips, and 1 Culminating Event/Art Show in March. With this year’s theme, Animals In Culture, you can expect students to learn about animal art in other cultures, and to have time to explore and create their own art that depicts animals and creatures that are important to them.
Artistically Talented takes place at Nora Elementary, and is led by Mrs. Lacey Kilbarger.
Choir
In addition to classroom music, third, fourth and fifth grade students have the opportunity to participate in an after-school enrichment program that includes choir.The choir program represents Nora within the community especially during the holidays.
Folk Dancing
In addition to choir, third, fourth and fifth grade students have the opportunity to participate in an after-school enrichment program that includes International Folk Dancing. The Folk Dancing will culminate with a festival where Nora kids will dance with students from all over the state!
