Symphonic Winds
Nov. 17 – Sounds of Autumn with the Symphonic Winds – The NC Symphonic Winds fall Sounds of Autumn concert will be Monday, Nov. 17 in the NCHS Performing Arts Classroom at 7:00 pm. Selections will include Erickson’s Toccata for Band, Ticheli’s Fortress, Hocus Pocus, and a wide variety of other wind band classics. We will also welcome Mr. Mike Akers back to the stage as he guest conducts the The Wearing of the Green. Mr. Akers served as NC Director of Bands from 1996-2005. Tickets can be purchased at the door – $3 per ticket, $1 for those 12 and under.
