INDIANAPOLIS, IN (September 30, 2016) – The North Central High School Visual Arts department will be hosting a dinner in recognition of World Hunger. All proceeds from this year’s dinner will benefit the Ronald McDonald House of Indianapolis.

In tandem with the vision of the International Baccalaureate, the Empty Bowls Dinner is a vehicle for students to not only learn and grow through expressing their artistic talents, but to also give back to the community at the same time.

The event will take place Thursday October 20, 2016 from 4:30-7:30 pm in the North Central High School cafeteria. The cost is $7.00 per guest and guests will receive a handmade bowl for their donation. All bowls have been thoughtfully crafted by students form The MIC conference member schools art departments and friends from Herron School of Art IUPUI.
