Please join us for our first annual English as a New Language (ENL) End of Year Celebration on May 9, 2017 from 6-8:00pm in the main gym at North Central High School! We will be celebrating all the ways our ENL students have grown this year, and will have 40 community partners coming to support our celebration and ways that our English learners can “Keep Growing” all summer long!
There will be catered food from Pita Land (MSDWT family owned restaurant), balloon animals, face painting, a photo booth for entertainment, as well as karate demonstrations and name writing by the Tzu Chi group.
Come and meet ENL teachers from every school in the district and hear first hand the many ways that ENL students have excelled this year. There will also be academic growth awards presented in a ceremony that begins at 7:15.
