NCHS Boys Basketball Coach Announced

INDIANAPOLIS, IN (June 13, 2018) –  The North Central High School Athletic Department is pleased to announce the recent board approval of new North Central Head Boys Basketball Coach, Brian Hahn.

 On June 13, the board approved Hahn as the Panther coach beginning Thursday June 14, 2018.

“We are so pleased to have Brian Hahn at the helm of boys basketball at North Central High School,” said Athletic Director Paul Loggan. “Hahn brings a deep and wide range of experience to our program, and we are looking forward to his first season with the Panthers.”

Brian Hahn served as the Head Coach of the Varsity Men’s Basketball team at Pendleton Heights High School from 2006 to 2015, where he won 5 Conference Championships and 3 Sectional Championships and in 2011 was named Indiana High School District 2 Coach of the Year.

Prior to Pendleton, Hahn was the Head Coach at Daleville High School from 2002-2003. Most recently, he has served as the Owner / Coach of The Academy of Basketball, where he trained approximately 20 boys and 8 girls per week from 7th grade through college; many of his clients being notable current high school and collegiate athletes. Over his career Hahn has developed over 20 players who are currently in the college or professional ranks.

Hahn also brings classroom teaching experience to the North Central faculty. An Indiana University Alumni with a B.S. in Mathematics, he has taught Algebra 1, 2, and Honors, Pre-Calculus and Honors Pre-Calculus.

There will be a meet and greet on Thursday evening June 14 @ 7:00 pm at North Central High School to welcome Coach Hahn to the North Central High School Boys Basketball Program.
