Phase I: Clearwater and Willow Lake Elementary Schools – Both new elementary schools are finalizing their interior punch-lists and working to complete exterior/site work in anticipation of their grand opening celebrations on July 29th and 30th. MSDWT Operations and Technology Teams are installing new technology equipment, new furniture, and all items to make the schools outstanding structures for 21st century learning.

Phase IIa: Eastwood Middle School City permits have been finalized and construction began in June. Modifications to site work for traffic flow and parking areas are underway and soon a new cafetorium and school frontage will begin to take shape.
Westlane Middle School – The Construction phasing plan is in development and discussions with the nearby athletic field organizations are taking place regarding the shared use of traffic and parking during the construction phase. Construction recently began.

Phase IIb
Allisonville Elementary School – The summer started with a major initiative to relocate Allisonville’s contents to the former John Strange building. Construction is now underway with work expected to be finished May 2020. For the 2019-20 school year, Allisonville Elementary will be housed in the former John Strange School building.
Crooked Creek and Spring Mill Elementary Schools – The Design Development phase is in various stages and construction is anticipated to begin Fall 2019.
