You do not need to be covered by health insurance to take advantage of this opportunity.  All employees and students, regardless if they have our insurance, insurance through another organization, or no insurance are eligible with no cost to the employee or student.

Students 5-17 years of age will receive the Pfizer vaccine. Everyone 18 years of age and older will be administered either the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine depending upon availability at the scheduled appointment time. Adults receiving their second dose in the initial series will need to have the same vaccine for second dose as they had for the first dose. Adults who are fully vaccinated and receiving a booster vaccine, may receive either vaccine. The booster dose does not have to be the same as your initial series.

It is important to note that we do not have enough doses of the vaccine available on Saturday, January 22, to vaccinate all eligible MSDWT employees and students. Employees and students who are interested in getting vaccinated through this opportunity must sign up through Sign Up Genius HERE . The Access Code is Vaccine.  The sign up will close either when the slots are filled or by Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at 4pm.

You will receive an email confirmation when you have signed up successfully.  You will receive a reminder email two days prior to your scheduled time.
