BOAST – BUILDING THE BEST YOU
Are you ready to unleash your inner leader, change the world and launch your future? Then you are ready to join NC’s most cutting-edge new experience, BOAST!
Turn your summer into an epic journey, unlocking unlimited possibilities and shaping the destiny that’s uniquely yours.
Working with two veteran NC teachers who share 60 years of experience as Panthers, participants will think, strategize, invent and challenge themselves each day. You will leave with a brand kit that you can use as you navigate the college application process and various skills you can use throughout the rest of your life. We will focus on self-discover, leadership, communication and problem-solving throughout the week.
Participants will receive most materials, a shirt and access to additional BOOST! materials and opportunities throughout the 2024-2025 school year.
WHO: Students entering 11th and 12th grade
WHEN: June 10 and June 12th
WHERE: Westlane Middle School
TIME: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM or 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM
