Description
This form is for individuals or groups expressing an interest in enhancements they wish to facilitate in our Washington Township Schools and/or facilities. Please complete the form to provide needed information about you, your organization, the improvements you would like to facilitate, and the funding/fundraising you would like to do on behalf of the project(s). This form is the preliminary step in the review and approval process. Once submitted the proposal will be reviewed within 30 days and an MSDWT representative will reach out to discuss.
Requirements
The program/improvement must be of benefit to public education in Washington Township and align with the mission of The Metropolitan School District of Washington Township
