Chief Lindsey has served as the Lieutenant of the Metropolitan School District of Washington Township’s Police Department as well as Lead Resource Officer at North Central High School. While serving as Lieutenant he has established meaningful working relationships with students, staff, and families. One of his many strengths includes his ability to deescalate situations by identifying and addressing socio-emotional needs of individuals. This approach results in great opportunities to maintain safety and security and reshape the impression of police and the law enforcement system. Chief Lindsey leads by example and this leadership characteristic is also seen in the officers he supervises and manages.
