Washington Township Schools – Transportation Information
All students enrolled in Washington Township Schools by July 21 will have bus transportation set up in time for the start of school. Families who meet this deadline may begin checking Skyward for bus information starting July 26. Our routing team will continue to add students to routes as enrollment progresses.

Alternate Address Form:
If you submitted an Alternate Address form, the same enrollment timelines apply.
Families may provide one AM pick-up address and one PM drop-off address, as long as both are within the student’s school boundaries.
Walking Distance Guidelines:
Bus stop locations may vary from year to year but will continue to follow our walking distance guidelines:
.3 miles for elementary students
.4 miles for middle school students
.5 miles for high school students
Additional Reminders:
Out-of-district students and in-district limited choice students must arrange their own transportation.
Bus stops are determined based on safety and efficiency. Changes will only be made for verified safety concerns.
We encourage parents and guardians to utilize the Here Comes the Bus app to track their student’s bus. Instructions for downloading and using the app can be found on our district website by selecting the Services tab and then Transportation.
If you have any questions, please email us at transpo@msdwt.k12.in.us or submit a concern through the Transportation webpage.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation as we prepare for the new school year. Additional transportation updates will be shared as we get closer to the first day.
