Human Resources Director Named
INDIANAPOLIS, IN (June 11, 2019) – Mr. Matthew Kaiser has been named Human Resources Director for Washington Township Schools. Mr. Kaiser has served as a Principal in Washington Township for the past ten years, most recently at Northview Middle School. Prior to Northview, Mr. Kaiser was the Principal at Eastwood Middle School from 2009-2014, and Center Grove Middle School North from 2007-2009. “I am excited and honored to be joining such an amazing human resources and administrative team,” said Kaiser. “I look forward to the continued opportunity to serve the Washington Township School Board and the community that has done so much for me and for my family.” Mr. Kaiser has two children who are both students in Washington Township and his wife Emily serves as the Executive Director of the Advancement Center for Washington Township Schools and North Central Alumni.
Mr. Kaiser holds his Indiana Superintendent’s License and Indiana Building Level Administrators License for All Schools and is currently a candidate for the Indiana University Executive Education Doctorate with a minor in curriculum. He earned his bachelor degree from Miami University, Ohio and holds two masters degrees; one in Educational Leadership from the University of Dayton and one from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University in Strategic Management.
Mr. Kaiser was named District Seven Principal of the Year 2019 from the Indiana Association of School Principals. In 2016 he was awarded the Administrator of the Year Award from Washington Township Schools and in 2014 was awarded the Paula Silver Case Award by the University Council for Educational Administration. We are very pleased to welcome Mr. Kaiser to his new role in Washington Township.
