THE NORTH CENTRAL HIGH SCHOOL COUNTERPOINTS
INVITE 4TH – 8TH GRADERS TO ATTEND THE HALF NOTES SHOW CHOIR WORKSHOP
The North Central Counterpoints, Indiana’s finest mixed Show Choir, is hosting its
Twentieth annual Show Choir Workshop. The students will learn a show choir routine to
Blame it on the Boogie by the Jackson 5, and will perform with the Counterpoints at a North
Central High School basketball game! Here are the details:
Registration is required
Rehearsal & Performance: January 30, 2015, 4:00 PM – 8:30 PM. At North Central High School, 1801 E. 86th St. Indianapolis, IN 46240. (If you get out of school later than 4, just come over after school)
• Enter the building through door 24 by the natatorium, drop off in the south gym.
• Your Half Note will need to bring a sack dinner as he/she will have time between rehearsal and the performance to eat, water will be provided.
• Please have your Half Note wear jeans and tennis shoes for dancing and comfort. They will receive a Half Notes t-shirt upon arrival at rehearsal.
• The performance is during halftime of the basketball game. Half Notes admission to the game is free, but parents will need to pay admission.
• After the halftime performance the Half Notes will return to the south gym and will need to be picked up by parents immediately. They are free to leave or may return to watch the rest of the game.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Extended to Friday, January 23, 2015 at 3:00 PM. (you must register to attend)
