Ellen Baker 5th Grade, Allisonville Elementary
Ellen is a 5th grader at Allisonville Elementary School, and was chosen as the Castleton Sertoma National Heritage Freedom Essay winner on January 30th. She will compete on February 22nd in the Regional Competition.
Dr. Debbie Corpus
Dr. Sheila Ewing was the Curriculum Director and the Director of Grants & Assessments for the MSD of Washington Township, and passed away in June of 2013. While working in Washington Township, Dr. Ewing worked closely with Dr. Debbie Corpus. As a gift to the district, and in honor of Dr. Sheila Ewing, Dr. Corpus’ daughter Mary Grace created the portrait of Dr. Ewing, shown here. Thank you Mary Grace for this beautiful tribute to a beautiful person.
