Planning For Our Future – Construction Update #4
The design process for Phase 1 has been exciting and energizing! Essential input has been gathered from teachers, staff, administrators, and students about teaching and learning spaces and what will best suit our needs and wants. Much thought has gone into maintaining the most cost effective use of taxpayers’ dollars in selecting materials, while keeping at the forefront efficiency, low maintenance, and secure entrance and reception areas. Enjoy looking through these renderings that depict the culmination of many months of thoughtful input. We are excited for the future of Washington Township Schools!

Groundbreaking will take place on Wednesday, October 4 when we ceremoniously turn the ground and begin the next steps for the future of Washington Township Schools. Demolition and construction vehicles have been moving onto the properties as the construction site perimeter is being set. Necessary utility work is being done, and the land is being cleared of any obstacles. Demolition of the two existing structures is expected to begin in the coming days.
