Our thoughts and prayers are with friends and members of the Kassig family, as we fly our flags in Washington Township at half staff.

“If I do die, I figure that at least you and I can seek refuge and comfort in knowing that I went out as a result of trying to alleviate suffering….and helping those in need.” North Central graduate, Abdul-Rahman (Peter) Kassig in a letter to his parents (2014)

There will be three services celebrating Abdul-Rahman Kassig taking place over three days (Friday, Saturday and Sunday).
The first will begin at 1:10 p.m. Friday at the Al Huda Foundation, 12201 Lantern Road, Fishers.
The second, organized by the Muslim Alliance of Indiana is set for 6:45 p.m. Saturday at the Campus Center at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis, 420 University Blvd.
Both services are open to the public and to members of all faiths.
There will be a memorial service on Sunday at Butler led by Christian and Muslim faith leaders and will feature tributes from friends and mentors.
The memorial service is scheduled for 5 p.m. Sunday at Clowes Memorial Hall, 4600 Sunset Ave.
