Compensation Adjustments to Identified Staff Positions to Make Wages Competitive
(for staff positions where wages are not competitive with surrounding Districts)
Additional Staff to Support Student Social, Emotional and Behavior Needs
Additional Staff to Support Athletic & Co-Curricular Programs
Additional Bus Drivers to Support Current Routes
Additional School Resource Officers for our WT Police Department
Additional Staff to Support Academic Programs
